These terms apply to your use of bettingseeker.com (“BettingSeeker”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who can use BettingSeeker

BettingSeeker is for adults. You must be at least 18, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if that’s higher (for example 21 in US states with legal online betting, and 19 in most Canadian provinces). Online gambling is not legal everywhere. It’s your responsibility to check that gambling is legal where you are before you visit an operator.

2. Information only

Everything on BettingSeeker is general information. It isn’t betting, financial or legal advice, and it doesn’t guarantee any result. Odds, predictions and analysis are opinions. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

3. Operator information can change

We check operator details, such as licences, offers, payment methods and features, against the regulator and the operator’s own pages, and we show the date we checked. Operators change these often. Always read the operator’s own terms before you sign up or deposit; if anything differs from what we show, the operator’s version applies.

4. We aren’t a gambling operator

We don’t take bets, hold funds or run games. Any account you open with a betting site or casino is between you and that operator, under its terms. We can’t help with account problems, withdrawals or disputes; contact the operator, and then its regulator if needed.

Our pages link to other websites, including betting sites and casinos. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices. We may earn commission when you sign up with an operator through our links; see our affiliate disclosure.

6. Our content

The text, data, design, logo and tools on BettingSeeker belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use and link to them. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or scrape or harvest data from the site by automated means, without our written permission. Operator names and logos belong to their owners.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use the site in a way that’s unlawful, harms the site or other users, or tries to get unauthorised access to our systems.

8. Calculators and tools

Our calculators are provided to help you understand odds and potential returns. Check important figures yourself before relying on them; we aren’t liable for decisions made using them.

9. Liability

We work hard to keep BettingSeeker accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including gambling losses or losses from relying on information that has changed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you’re a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your own country gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
