We haven't finished our hands-on test of Foxy Bingo yet, so there's no score. Everything below comes from regulator records, Foxy Bingo's own published information and the sources linked on this page.
History and ownership
Foxy Bingo is an English online bingo site that Cashcade launched in 2005 with two bingo and chat rooms. PartyGaming bought Cashcade in July 2009. PartyGaming merged with bwin in 2011, and GVC Holdings bought bwin.party in September 2015.
The brand was relaunched with a new look in March 2017, and Foxy Casino was relaunched as Foxy Games in 2019. Foxy is now one of Entain's brands, and Entain lists it as an online brand in the UK and Ireland.
The app is published by Cashcade Ltd, which is a reminder of where the brand started.
Licensing and safety
Foxy Bingo is run under LC International Limited, with a head office in Gibraltar. The UK Gambling Commission register (account 54743, licence 054743-R-330863-015) shows active remote bingo, casino and general betting licences from 1 July 2019, and no regulatory actions.
Foxy's Fair Play page says game outcomes use a random number generator that has been tested and is regulated by an independent third party. It adds that jackpots and prize pools may be linked with other sites on the Entain Bingo Network, with the same prize amounts and chances of winning across linked sites.
The help centre says Foxy only accepts players aged 18 or over.
Bingo, Slingo and slots
The App Store listing describes free and cash bingo, live games, and Full House, Line and Roll-On rewards. Rooms use 90, 80, 75, 50 and 30-ball formats.
Slingo is a big part of the line-up, with Rainbow Riches, Deal or No Deal, Sweet Bonanza and Fluffy Favourites named. The listing also mentions slots, live game shows, exclusive offers and daily freebies. The help centre has pages on the bingo lobby, chat, buying tickets and Foxy Dollars.
Welcome offer
The App Store listing for the UK says: "Get A £20 Bingo Bonus when you play £10 on Bingo." Terms apply. The listing does not give the wagering requirement, expiry or the rooms that count, so read Foxy's own terms.
Before you opt in to any bingo bonus, check what share of your stake counts, whether winnings are capped, and how long you have to use it.
Payments and withdrawals
The Foxy help centre says you need a working email address and a usable debit card to access games and promotions. Check the cashier for the full list of payment methods. Its sister sites Gala Bingo and Gala Casino list a wider set, but those are different sites.
Foxy says withdrawal times range from instantly to five banking days depending on the method, in addition to its own internal processing time. The exact timeframe is shown under each method when you withdraw and in your payment history.
App and safer gambling
The iPhone app is rated 18+ and showed 4.7 from about 22,000 ratings. The listing points to safer gambling tools and links to GambleAware UK and Gambling Care Ireland.
User reviews on the listing are mixed. Some people mention fast withdrawals. Others report crashes, slow customer support and account restrictions. Those are user views, not verified facts.
Who it suits
Foxy Bingo suits people who like a bingo site with Slingo alongside, and who are happy to fund an account with a debit card. It is a long-running brand with a clear identity.
We haven't finished our own hands-on test yet, so we are not rating the experience. Set a deposit limit before playing. 18+. Gamble responsibly.
