Jackpotjoy review: UK Gambling Commission licensed slots, bingo and casino site run by Gamesys Operations. 100 free spins welcome offer and payments explained.
We haven't finished our hands-on test of Jackpotjoy yet, so there's no score. Everything below comes from regulator records, Jackpotjoy's own published information and the sources linked on this page.
Who runs Jackpotjoy
Jackpotjoy says it has been operating since 2002. The site is run by Gamesys Operations Limited, which holds UK Gambling Commission licence 38905 and is also regulated in Gibraltar, according to the site footer.
Bally's Intralot lists Jackpotjoy among its B2C brands, alongside Bally Casino, Virgin Games and Monopoly Casino, and says it has more than 20 years of UK online casino experience.
Licensing and safety
The licence number 38905 can be checked on the Gambling Commission register. Jackpotjoy's own site also links to GAMSTOP, GamCare, Gamban, GambleAware and Gambling Therapy.
It lists deposit and playtime limits as available controls, offers free Gamban blocking software, and gives the GamCare helpline number 0808 8020 133, which it says runs 24 hours a day. It also says customer support is available 24/7.
Games on offer
Jackpotjoy leads with bingo, and says it offers 75-ball, 90-ball and 80-ball games from 1p per ticket, plus free and live bingo rooms. Alongside that are slots, including some with progressive jackpots and a demo mode, Slingo games that blend slots and bingo, table games such as blackjack and roulette, and live dealer roulette, blackjack and baccarat.
A sports betting link appears in the footer, but this review covers the casino, bingo and slots side. The site says it paid out more than £41 million in jackpot prizes in 2025, which is the operator's own figure.
The welcome offers
New members can choose a welcome treat. The slots offer is "Play £10, Get 100 Free Spins": you opt in before your first deposit, deposit at least £10 and wager at least £10 in cash on slots. The 100 spins are on Fishin' Frenzy The Big Catch 2 at 1p a spin on 10 lines. You have 30 days from the deposit to meet the requirements and then 30 days to play the spins.
The terms say the spins have no wagering requirements, though winnings are credited after all the spins have been played. The bingo alternative is 30 free bingo tickets after a £10 deposit and £10 bingo wager, worth up to £30 on £1 tickets. The offers cannot be combined.
Payments and withdrawals
The site footer shows Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa, and carries a Fast Withdrawals badge. Jackpotjoy's detailed rules on deposits, withdrawal limits and processing times are in its help centre, and the only minimum deposit stated up front is the £10 for the welcome offers.
Whatever method you use, check the cashier for current limits and expect identity checks before a first withdrawal, as at any UK licensed site.
App and support
There is a free Jackpotjoy app for iOS and Android, with a QR code on the site for the download. Support runs 24/7 according to the site, and a Help & FAQ section and contact page sit on help.jackpotjoy.com.
Who Jackpotjoy suits
It suits UK players who like bingo as much as slots and want both in one account, and who prefer free spins without wagering on the winnings. The offer ties the spins to one slot, so it is less flexible than a bonus balance.
Treat it as entertainment, set deposit and time limits before you start, and stop if play stops being fun.
