We haven't finished our hands-on test of Sky Vegas yet, so there's no score. Everything below comes from regulator records, Sky Vegas's own published information and the sources linked on this page.
Sky Vegas: who runs it and where it started
Sky Vegas has been around longer than many people expect. Sky Bet Vegas launched in March 2003 with three simple casino-style games: Juicy Jackpot, Top Spin and Super Keno. Sky Vegas even had its own TV channel on Sky channel 864 until 12 April 2011.
The business was owned by BSkyB, then sold in 2015 to CVC Capital Partners, then to The Stars Group, and since 2020 it has been part of Flutter Entertainment. Flutter groups Sky Vegas, Sky Casino and two other brands under Sky Gaming, and it uses the Sky name under licence from Sky Limited. Current Sky Vegas logos were introduced in September 2020.
Licensing and safety
Sky Vegas operates under the licence of Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, UK Gambling Commission account number 65519. The register shows active remote Bingo and Casino licences that began on 18 November 2024. Its head office is listed in Gibraltar.
The register also lists gambling software and several betting licences for the company as pending, which means applications or variations were in progress as of 2 November 2026. Casino play is the activity that matters here, and that licence is active. The old Bonne Terre Limited licence, number 38718, is shown as surrendered, so any older references to it are out of date. Customers must be 18 or over, and the app listing says the casino is not available outside the UK or Ireland.
Slots and games
Slots are the main event. The Sky Vegas App Store listing mentions nearly 1,000 real-money slot titles, plus classic table games such as blackjack and roulette. Flutter describes Sky Vegas as a leader in slots and highlights its free-to-play games and gamified rewards.
Jackpots get plenty of space. The listing names must-go jackpot slots with prizes ranging from £200 to £10,000 and Jackpot King titles including King Kong Cash, Ted and Fishin' Frenzy. Slot bonus rounds with free spins and cash bonuses are also mentioned. As always with jackpot slots, the headline prize is a ceiling, not something you should expect.
Live casino and Prize Machine
Sky Vegas has a live casino with game shows, roulette, blackjack and jackpot games, according to its app listing. Check table limits and studios in the lobby before you play.
The feature that makes Sky Vegas stand out is the Prize Machine. It is a free-to-play game offered daily, with a chance to win free spins and cash bonuses. There is also a Mega Prize Machine entry for players who deposit and spin through £10. Because it is a free game, it gives regular players a reason to open the app without staking, but the prizes themselves come with their own terms.
Welcome offer and promotions
The App Store listing says new customers can get 250 free spins when they deposit and spend £10, with terms applying. That means the spins are tied to real play, not handed out for registering alone. Terms apply, including the games the spins apply to, any wagering on winnings and the expiry period, so read them before you deposit.
Before claiming any free spins offer, look at the value per spin, which games they are limited to, whether winnings are capped, and whether they must be wagered before withdrawal. A bigger number of spins is not automatically a better deal.
App, support and safer gambling
Sky Vegas has an iPhone app, which needs the App Store to download, and an Android app on Google Play. The app listing mentions 24/7 customer support and links to GamCare and GambleAware for help.
The safer gambling tools published on Sky's help centre cover the Sky brands. They include deposit controls, cool-off for up to 30 days, self-exclusion from six months to five years or permanently, time limits, reality checks and transfer limits. The help centre also describes GamProtect, a scheme for sharing information between operators about customers showing high-risk behaviour. Self-exclusion applies across Flutter group brands.
Who Sky Vegas suits
Sky Vegas is aimed at slots players in the UK and Ireland who like a daily free game and a mix of jackpot titles. The deposit-and-spend welcome offer suits someone who already planned to play, not someone looking for a bonus for its own sake.
We haven't finished our own hands-on test yet, so treat this as a summary of what the operator says, and set deposit limits before you start.
