How to claim the William Hill welcome offer
- Check you can claim: you need to be a new customer, 18+, and in a region where William Hill is licensed.
- Use the Claim button for your region. It takes you to William Hill's official site for that region.
- Register with your real details. William Hill has to verify your identity and age before you can withdraw, so have ID ready.
- Enter the promo code where the sign-up form asks for it, or Opt in to the welcome offer if the sign-up form or cashier asks you to.
- Make your first deposit using an eligible payment method. Some methods are excluded from offers, so check the terms first.
- Place the qualifying bet or play the qualifying games exactly as the terms say. Any bonus is added once the conditions are met.
Key terms to check
- Minimum deposit and stake. Below the minimum, you won't qualify.
- Minimum odds. Betting offers usually need the qualifying bet at or above set odds.
- Wagering. Casino bonuses often have to be played through before you can withdraw winnings. In Great Britain, wagering on new bonuses has been capped at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026.
- Expiry. Free bets, bonus funds and spins expire if you don't use them in time.
- Stake not returned. With most free bets you keep only the winnings, not the free bet stake.
