Who operates Betano in Canada
In Ontario, Betano is operated by Kaizen Gaming Canada Inc. Betano is a brand of the Kaizen Gaming group.
Licensing and safety
Betano is listed in the iGaming Ontario directory of regulated operators. Operators in Ontario must be registered with the AGCO and sign an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. The directory sets the minimum age at 19 and requires players to be physically in Ontario.
Kaizen Gaming is also on the Alberta regulator's registrant list, but Betano did not appear in the Alberta iGaming Corporation's live operator directory on 1 November 2026, so it is listed here for Ontario only.
