kwiff review: a UK Gambling Commission licensed sportsbook with a Bet £10 get £40 free bets welcome offer for new UK customers. Terms and payments explained.

We haven't finished our hands-on test of kwiff yet, so there's no score. Everything below comes from regulator records, kwiff's own published information and the sources linked on this page.

Who is behind kwiff and how it is licensed

kwiff operates in Great Britain under licence 44448 from the UK Gambling Commission. The licence holder on the register is Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, and the brand's site is kwiff.com. Anyone can look the licence number up on the Commission's public register to confirm the entry.

Because kwiff is licensed in Great Britain, the welcome offer and the terms we describe below apply to UK customers. The operator also runs a separate offer for Ireland, which is outside the scope of this page.

The kwiff welcome offer in plain English

The headline UK offer is "Bet £10, Get £40 in Free Bets". It is open to new customers aged 18 or over who register during the promotional period, which kwiff's terms give as 24 February 2026 to 24 March 2027. You need a verified account and payment method.

The qualifying bet is your first real-money bet: at least £10, at minimum odds of 2.0 (evens), on eligible sportsbook markets, placed with deposited funds rather than any bonus. It has to settle within five days of your first deposit.

The £40 comes as four £10 free bets: one on any sport, two accumulator free bets that each need at least three selections, and one Bet Builder free bet that also needs at least three selections. Every one of them has minimum odds of 2.0, according to the terms.

The small print worth reading first

Free bets are credited within 48 hours of the qualifying bet settling, and unused ones expire after seven days. Each free bet has to be used as a single ticket for the full amount, and it cannot be combined with other promotions.

As with most free bets, your stake is not returned with winnings. kwiff gives the example of a £10 free bet at odds of 3.00, which returns £20. The terms say winnings from the free bets have no turnover requirement.

Several things do not qualify: virtual sports, table tennis, eFootball and eBasketball, each-way bets, multis, cashed-out bets, voided bets and bets using odds boosts. Only one offer is allowed per person, household, email, IP address, phone number, payment account or device. Self-excluded customers are not eligible, and kwiff says it can reclaim rewards where it suspects abuse.

Betting features

kwiff's offer pages refer to a Bet Builder, accumulators and cash out, and to odds boosts as a product feature.

If a particular sport or market matters to you, check the sportsbook before depositing and read the rules for that market. Cash out and boosted-odds bets are excluded from the welcome offer, so those features will not help you use up the free bets.

Payments and withdrawals

kwiff's UK payments guide lists Apple Pay, Visa debit, Mastercard debit and Pay by Bank (open banking). Credit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted. The minimum is £10 for both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits are usually instant. On withdrawals, kwiff says most are processed in under 30 minutes, with extra security checks able to stretch approval to up to 24 hours. After that, your bank or card provider may take longer to credit the money. Withdrawals normally go back to the method you deposited with where possible, and once you submit one it cannot be cancelled.

Note that kwiff's processing time is not the same as the time money lands in your account.

App, support and safer gambling

There are kwiff apps for iOS and Android, listed in the App Store and Google Play as a sports betting and casino app. kwiff's payments guide gives [email protected] as the contact route and does not mention live chat, so check the app for other options.

Under UK rules licensed operators must offer safer gambling tools, and every UK bettor can also register with GAMSTOP for self-exclusion across licensed sites. Set your limits before you place the first bet, not after.

Who kwiff suits

kwiff makes most sense for a new UK customer who is comfortable placing a £10 bet at evens or longer and who wants a free-bet bundle that includes an accumulator and a Bet Builder. The minimum odds of 2.0 on every free bet are the main thing to weigh. Anyone who prefers short-priced selections, each-way racing bets or multis will find the offer restrictive.

Treat any welcome offer as an extra on top of a stake you can afford to lose, not as a reason to bet.
