DraftKings Casino is a state-licensed online casino in four US states and runs in Ontario and Alberta. See where it is available and key facts.
We haven't finished our hands-on test of DraftKings yet, so there's no score. Everything below comes from regulator records, DraftKings's own published information and the sources linked on this page.
DraftKings Casino at a glance
DraftKings Casino is the online casino side of the same company. It sits in the DraftKings: Sports & Casino app, and a separate DraftKings Casino app also exists on the App Store and Google Play.
The casino is licensed in four US states: Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It also operates in Ontario and Alberta under Crown DK CAN Ltd. The App Store listing says casino is available in CT, MI, NJ, PA and WV. We leave West Virginia out until it is checked.
Ontario launch and games
When DraftKings launched in Ontario on 18 May 2022 it said the casino had more than 130 game variations, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette and slots. That figure is from the launch, so the lobby is probably bigger now.
Check the casino lobby for the current game list, providers and live dealer tables.
Licensing and regulation
In the US, each state regulates the casino separately, through bodies such as the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Michigan Gaming Control Board and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
In Canada it is registered in Ontario with the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and in Alberta with the AGLC and the Alberta iGaming Corporation. Entities, not the brand, hold the licences, so the terms of use name the one covering your state.
Promotions and payments
Casino offers and payment methods vary by state, so check the promotions page and cashier for your state for the current welcome offer, minimum deposits, methods and withdrawal times.
Any casino bonus in a regulated market carries rules on wagering, game weighting and expiry. Look for those before you accept.
Who it suits
DraftKings Casino fits people in the four US states, Ontario or Alberta who want to keep casino and sportsbook under one login.
